Do you love yoga and need more wellness in your life? Want to learn how to develop a holistic practice that is steady, sustainable, safe, and fun? Are you looking to create a solid home yoga practice but don't know where to begin?
Are you a newly certified yoga teacher desperate to understand HOW to teach yoga? Or get unstuck in your wellness business Or perhaps you have many blockages that limit your drive and/or ability to move forward in other areas of your life... you are not alone. I specialize in creating the perfect wellness practice for my students' individual needs. I can help you create your dream Ashtanga or Vinyasa yoga practice, HANDSTAND practice, and DREAM wellness lifestyle, and give you the tools necessary to commit to a habit of yoga and wellness, AND to be able to help others. As we work together, expect to receive poses, ACTIONABLE GOALS, and homework to facilitate a more grounded and steadfast devotion to YOU. I currently offer Zoom coaching, can meet outdoors in decent weather, AND in my private home studio. If we were to meet in person, I am currently working according to the Tompkins County Health Department requirements: *I always wear a mask and keep at least 6 feet from my students. *I do not offer physical adjustments or assists at this time. *You are asked to wear a mask unless on your mat. *We will be in contact prior to our meeting about how we are feeling; if there has been any possibility of Covid exposure or illness we will postpone our in-person session. Together we will: *Address physical issues or concerns as they relate to wellness, *Dive deeper into your personal wellness and life goals, *Support YOU in your deeper understanding of yoga, teaching, and business, *Work on building strength and flexibility, both in body AND mind, *Practice mastering poses like crow pose, backbends, other more challenging postures (inversions like headstand, shoulder stand, forearm stand, etc.), bring in pranayama and meditation for mindfullness-based centering, *Work on a structure you can follow that is actionable and sustainable, either in your wellness business and/or in life, *Create a 20-minute sequence that is attainable and inspires you to get on your mat, *Help you finally feel recommitted to your practice AND wellbeing, *Give you TOOLS to succeed, not only in your yoga practice but in business and in your life. |
