Private Yoga Sessions - Build a solid home practice!
Do you love yoga? Would you rather do it at home? Want to learn how to develop a practice that is steady, sustainable, safe, and fun? Are you looking to create a solid home yoga practice but don't know where to begin?
I specialize in creating the perfect yoga practice for my students' individual needs. I can help you create your dream yoga practice and give you the tools necessary to commit to a habit of yoga. As we work together, expect to receive poses, ideas, and homework to facilitate a more grounded and steadfast devotion to YOU.
I come to your home or office; alternately we can meet for practice at Centerline Fitness and Martial Arts. I can also work with a group of individuals.
Together we will:
*Address physical issues or concerns,
*Work on building strength,
*Practice mastering poses like crow pose, backbends, other more challenging postures (inversions like headstand, shoulder stand, forearm stand, etc.), bring in pranayama and meditation for mindfullness-based centering,
*Create a 20-minute sequence that is attainable and inspires you to get on your mat,
*Help you finally feel recommitted to your practice.
