I’ve been thinking a lot about what happens after yoga teacher training.

Because I see this pattern over and over again—

People finish their training… and still don’t feel ready to teach.

They know so much.
They care deeply.
But when it comes time to actually lead a class, there’s hesitation, self-doubt, and uncertainty around where to begin.

And it’s not because they need more training.

It’s because they need practice, feedback, and support while they’re actually teaching.

So I created something different.

The Yoga Teacher Lab (Founding Cohort)
A 6-week mentorship designed to help you start teaching and build real confidence.

Inside the Lab, you will:
– Teach consistently (not just learn passively)
– Receive personalized feedback from me
– Refine your sequencing, voice, and presence
– Build the kind of confidence that only comes from doing

This is a small, high-touch group where you will be supported all the way to the finish line. At the end of this program you will finally feel like the confident teacher you were meant to be.
