Strength and wellness aren’t things we build once and check off the list. They evolve with us. (Or they don't.)
Our bodies change. Life changes. What your body needs today may not be what it needs a few years from now.
That’s why I work with clients as a guide and partner in the process.
You’ll likely move on your own throughout the week—that’s part of the goal. But when we work together, I help you refine your approach, make sure you’re moving well, progressing safely, and building strength in ways that support your life.
Because strength develops in stages. There are times of building, times of rebuilding, and times when accountability and support make all the difference.
My role is to walk alongside you through those stages—offering the experience, structure, and perspective that help you stay strong, healthy, and independent for the long haul.
At its best, this work is a collaboration: you show up for yourself, and I help guide the way forward.
There are many stages in strength development.
Sometimes you’re building capacity and pushing yourself in new ways.
Sometimes you’re navigating injury or fatigue.
Sometimes you’re rebuilding after a life transition, illness, or hormonal shift.
Sometimes you simply need accountability and support to keep showing up.
Over time, our work adapts to meet those seasons.
Some clients train with me consistently.
Others come in and out of more intensive phases of work.
But the throughline is the same: you have a knowledgeable guide who knows your body, your history, and your goals.
My work blends strength training, yoga, and health coaching to support your body as a whole.
We focus on building strength that supports your real life—
not just workouts, but the things that matter most to you:
Moving confidently
Staying active as you age
Preventing injury
Feeling at home in your body again
This is not about extreme workouts or quick fixes.
It’s about sustainable strength and wellbeing over time.
Many people come to me after years of trying to manage their fitness on their own.
They know movement matters.
They know strength matters.
But they’re tired of guessing what their body needs.
Working together means you don’t have to figure it all out alone. You have someone in your corner who understands both the physical and the human side of this work.
Someone who can help you adjust, rebuild, and keep moving forward.
The goal isn’t to “graduate” from support.
The goal is to build a relationship with movement and strength that can grow with you through the years ahead.
If you’re ready to feel strong in your body again, I’d love to work with you. Let's talk about what YOU need to feel strong and amazing in your body again.

I work with people who want to feel better in their bodies—especially those navigating midlife and the physical changes that come with it. As a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, health coach, and advanced-level yoga professional, I partner with clients to create training programs they can truly say yes to—sustainable, effective, and aligned with their lives.
My approach blends strength training, yoga, and thoughtful cross-training to build resilience while supporting the realities of aging, injury management, and busy lives. I’m especially passionate about helping people develop strength that supports real life—so they can stay active, capable, and confident in their bodies for years to come.
Early in my own strength journey, I kept getting injured in the gym. Discovering yoga helped me realize that before building strength, I needed to learn how to move well. Over time, integrating yoga with strength training helped me build a body that feels stronger, more resilient, and capable for the long haul.
Now I help others build that same kind of sustainable strength—without the years of trial and error.
Strength training or yoga - what would be better for me?
Getting started with movement depends on your goals—and what feels accessible to you right now.
When I first began my own strength journey, I kept getting injured in the gym. I turned to yoga because I realized I needed to learn how to move well before I could truly build strength.
Over time, combining yoga with strength training helped me build a body that feels stronger, leaner, and more resilient, with a deep focus on functional movement and injury prevention.
Strength training has also helped balance my natural flexibility and build the power and stability my body needs—especially as I’ve gotten older. Now in my late 40s, resistance training isn’t optional; it’s essential for longevity, confidence, and feeling capable in my body.
When new clients begin working with me, we start where they feel most comfortable.
If the gym feels exciting but confusing, we start there and explore your strength together.
If yoga or gentler movement feels safer, we begin there and gradually build strength.
Like many beginners, I once felt intimidated by where to start, so I avoided it altogether. When I finally decided to stop avoiding movement, I had no roadmap for how to begin or how to keep myself safe. I felt injured, unsure, and discouraged.
It took years of education, mentorship, and working with my own trainers and teachers to learn how to move well. Now I help others build strength safely—without the same trial and error.
I work with beginners who want to feel stronger, move well, and reach their goals with confidence.
If you’re ready to start—or restart—I’d love to help.
