Get BUSY with your workout! HIIT Yoga is a blend of cardio, core work, weights, kickboxing, handstands, and yoga drills - depending on the theme of the class. We always warm up before jumping in with some Sun Salutations!

DO have hand weights and yoga blocks ready for your workout. Oh, and maybe a wall to invert on...

Please note: this is not a fluffy yoga class...be prepared to sweat!

Given the intensity, class times vary from 20 -45 minutes each. These are perfect when you just need to get something in!
