These classes will make you move. How could one go wrong? Some are beginner-friendly, but most are for more seasoned practitioners. Please have your yoga mat (or towel), water, and any yoga props you normally use.
Be prepared to work - the real yoga begins in slowing down the breath when the body is on fire!
Please note: 'Foundations' level classes are more beginner-friendly, but that does not mean they're easy. Moon Day Flow and Yin Yoga classes are best for the absolute beginner. Anything labeled level 2-3 will be for more intermediate-level students, and include inversions. If you have questions, I'm always available to chat.
